Dallas Corporate Event Photography + Add-Ons

Being in the Dallas event photography industry means that we field quotes and bids every day of the week (and weekend for that matter!). It often surprises people when we share that we truly enjoy the bidding process. Why? It’s downright fun to see all that is happening in our Metroplex! One day I am getting a quote request from a hospital system, and the next I’m getting a quote request from a nonprofit group focused on preserving our Texas parks. How wonderful are those two polar opposites?

And yet, they both need photography. The hospital system wants images to be used for marketing and social media while the nonprofit wants to show people enjoying all that our local parks have to offer. Two very different angles, one final need: great event photography that showcases the client.

Just the other day, a potential client emailed us asking a question that I knew needed its own blog post. The email read: 

Hi! are there additional services included or add-ons that others normally request to have at their corporate events? Thanks for any direction you can give me!

Admittedly, I loved getting this in my inbox. Why? This client is curious. She knows from the get-go that she doesn’t know much about Dallas corporate event photography. As it turns out, this is not a typical event for her company, so she readily admitted that she doesn’t know exactly what she wants or perhaps better said… what she should want.

So you know what she did? She asked. I love when clients ask curious questions. It means they care about their event getting great coverage. It means they are hunting for the best and not satisfied with just anyone behind the camera. It means they have goals for their Dallas event photography. And it means they are interested in high-quality work instead of point-and-shoot, lackluster photography.

After sending out some of our clients’ favorite add-ons, I figured I better put it in a blog post, just in case another client is interested as well. Without further ado, here they are: 

  • Headshot services. The old adage of kill two birds with one stone could not be more appropriate for event photography. If you have all of your leadership team in one place for an event, consider updating your headshots. We bring in the lighting, the backdrops and offer full retouching services. 

  • Lighting and backdrops for step & repeats. People love Step & Repeats! For that moment, they feel just a little bit famous. And for all the following times that Step & Repeat photo is shared, your brand does in fact get more famous. Win, win, win.

  • Event Videography. Still images are great. So are videos. Why not have both!?

  • Drone Videography. Capture the birdseye view of your event. This has become a very popular add-on. And trust us, the experts. Don’t go flying your own drone!

  • Next day turn-around of images. When you want your images immediately, our next day turn-around service is the one for you. Some clients are happy with our 5-7 day turn-around. But if you’re looking for immediacy, choose this add-on!
